FAQ

The Indonesia e-CD (Electronic Customs Declaration) is a required form for travelers entering Indonesia. All passengers arriving from abroad must complete this declaration, as failure to do so may result in denial of entry.
The approval or rejection of the Indonesia e-CD is solely determined by government officials. In the unlikely event that your application is declined, you may contact us to request a full refund.
The Indonesia e-CD is valid for a single entry only. Each time you travel to Indonesia, you must complete a new declaration form.
Once you submit the form online, you will receive a QR code. This QR code will be scanned by customs officers after you collect your luggage, just before leaving the airport. Ensure you have all your belongings before presenting your declaration.
Travelers can submit their Indonesia e-CD up to 4 days before their arrival in the country. It is recommended to complete it in advance to avoid delays at the airport.
