Refund Policy

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund :

  • Refunds are only applicable for services that have not been fully provided or where we were unable to assist as per the agreed terms.
  • Services already completed or initiated (such as completed ECD application assistance) are not eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Review Process :

  • Once a refund request is submitted, our organization will review the request carefully.
  • If the request is declined, we will inform the customer with an explanation.

3. Refund Processing Time :

  • Refund processing will be completed within 72 hours after approval.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to the customer once the refund is processed.

4. Important Notes:

  • Refunds are not available once the final documents or information (such as completed ECD assistance) have been delivered.
  • Any payment gateway fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify our Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

5. Note: Refund requests must be sent to our support team at support@indonesian-ecd.org, mentioning your order reference number and reason for the refund.
